Anti-Trafficking in Persons and Anti-Smuggling of Migrants Act 2007 s 55
Any trafficked person who escapes or is removed from a place of refuge without lawful authority— (a) may be taken into custody by any enforcement officer and shall be brought back to the place of refuge; and (b) shall be placed for such period which is equal to the period during which he was unlawfully at large and for the unexpired residue of his term in the Protection Order originally made by the Magistrate.
Orang yang diperdagangkan yang melarikan diri atau dipindahkan dari tempat perlindungan
Mana-mana orang yang diperdagangkan yang melarikan diri atau yang dipindahkan dari tempat perlindungan tanpa kuasa sah— (a) boleh diambil ke dalam jagaan oleh mana-mana pegawai penguat kuasa dan hendaklah dibawa semula ke tempat perlindungan itu; dan (b) hendaklah ditempatkan untuk suatu tempoh yang sama dengan tempoh semasa dia bebas secara tidak sah dan untuk baki tempoh Perintah Perlindungannya yang belum habis yang asalnya dibuat oleh Majistret.
