s 67 Prevention of anomalies
(1) The Minister may, whenever it appears to him necessary or expedient to do so, whether for the purpose of removing difficulties or preventing anomalies in consequence of the enactment of this Act, by order published in the Gazette make such modifications to any provisions in this Act as he thinks fit, but the Minister shall not exercise the powers conferred by this section after the expiration of two years from the appointed date.
(2) In this section, “modifications” include amendments, additions, deletions, substitutions, adaptations, variations, alterations, and non-application of any provisions of this Act.

Pencegahan anomali
(1) Menteri boleh, apabila pada hematnya perlu atau suai manfaat berbuat sedemikian, sama ada bagi maksud menghapuskan kesulitan atau mencegah anomali yang berbangkit daripada pembuatan Akta ini, melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta membuat apa-apa ubah suaian kepada mana-mana peruntukan dalam Akta ini sebagaimana yang difikirkannya patut, tetapi Menteri tidak boleh menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen ini selepas habis tempoh dua tahun dari tarikh yang ditetapkan.
(2) Dalam seksyen ini, “ubah suaian” termasuklah pindaan, tambahan, pemotongan, penggantian, adaptasi, variasi, pengubahan, dan ketidakpakaian mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini.
