Anti-Trafficking in Persons and Anti-Smuggling of Migrants Act 2007 s 8
The Minister may, from time to time, give the Council directions not inconsistent with this Act as to the performance of the functions and powers of the Council and the Council shall give effect to such directions.

Menteri boleh, dari semasa ke semasa, memberikan Majlis arahan yang tidak berlawanan dengan Akta ini mengenai pelaksanaan fungsi dan kuasa Majlis dan Majlis hendaklah melaksanakan arahan itu.
