Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 s 203
No person shall execute, or hold himself out as having executed, an order for the purchase or sale of a futures contract on a futures market without having effected a bona fide purchase or sale of the futures contract in accordance with the rules and practices of the futures market.

Tiada seorang pun boleh melaksanakan, atau mengemukakan dirinya sebagai telah melaksanakan, suatu pesanan bagi pembelian atau penjualan suatu kontrak niaga hadapan di sesuatu pasaran niaga hadapan tanpa menyempurnakan suatu pembelian atau penjualan bona fide kontrak niaga hadapan itu mengikut kaedah-kaedah dan amalan pasaran niaga hadapan itu.
