Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 s 231
(1) The provisions of this Division as specified in Schedule 6 or 7 or as may be prescribed by the Minister pursuant to paragraph 229(1)(b) or 230(1)(b) shall not apply to— (a) an excluded offer; (b) an excluded invitation; or (c) an excluded issue. (2) The provisions of this Part shall not apply to the making available of, the offer for subscription or purchase of, or an invitation to subscribe for or purchase, shares or debentures of any unlisted recreational club.
Pengecualian
Peruntukan Penggal ini sebagaimana yang ditentukan dalam Jadual 6 atau 7 atau sebagaimana yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri menurut perenggan 229(1)(b) atau 230(1)(b) tidak terpakai bagi— (a) suatu tawaran terkecuali; (b) suatu pelawaan terkecuali; atau (c) suatu terbitan terkecuali. (2) Peruntukan Bahagian ini tidak terpakai bagi menjadikan tersedia, tawaran bagi langganan atau pembelian, atau pelawaan untuk melanggan atau membeli, syer atau debentur mana-mana kelab rekreasi tidak tersenarai.
