s 24 Disposal and acquisition of assets, etc.
(1) Without prejudice to the provisions of section 23, where—
(a) an exchange holding company;
(b) a stock exchange;
(c) a futures exchange;
(d) an approved clearing house;
(e) a central depository; or
(f) any other relevant body corporate as defined under subsection 26(5),
intends to enter into an agreement or arrangement, to dispose of or acquire such assets or classes of assets of such value as may have been specified by the Commission, it shall give the Commission prior written notification of such intention.
(2) Where the Commission makes a specification under subsection (1), it shall have regard to whether the assets referred to in the specification are integral to the operations of the exchange holding company, stock exchange, futures exchange, approved clearing house, central depository, or any other relevant body corporate, as the case may be, or significant in affecting the business direction of such persons.

Pelupusan dan perolehan aset, dsb.
(1) Tanpa menjejaskan peruntukan seksyen 23, jika—
(a) syarikat pemegangan bursa;
(b) bursa saham;
(c) bursa niaga hadapan;
(d) pusat penjelasan diluluskan;
(e) depositori pusat; atau
(f) mana-mana pertubuhan perbadanan lain yang berkaitan sebagaimana yang ditakrifkan di bawah subseksyen 26(5),
berhasrat untuk membuat suatu perjanjian atau perkiraan, untuk melupuskan atau memperoleh apa-apa aset atau kelas aset pada apa-apa nilai sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Suruhanjaya, ia hendaklah memberikan pemberitahuan bertulis kepada Suruhanjaya akan hasrat itu terlebih dahulu.
(2) Jika Suruhanjaya membuat suatu penentuan di bawah subseksyen (1), Suruhanjaya hendaklah mengambil kira sama ada aset yang disebut dalam penentuan itu adalah integral kepada pengendalian syarikat pemegangan bursa, bursa saham, bursa niaga hadapan, pusat penjelasan diluluskan, depositori pusat atau mana-mana pertubuhan perbadanan lain yang berkaitan, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, atau penting dalam mempengaruhi haluan urus niaga orang itu.
