s 281 General power of court to give directions and determine questions
Where a trustee applies to the court for any direction in relation to the performance of the trustee’s functions or to determine any question in relation to the interests of debenture holders, the court may give any direction and make any declaration or determination in relation to the matter or make any ancillary or consequential orders that the court considers appropriate.

Kuasa am mahkamah untuk memberikan arahan dan menentukan soalan
Jika seseorang pemegang amanah memohon kepada mahkamah bagi mendapatkan apa-apa arahan berhubung dengan penjalanan fungsi pemegang amanah itu atau untuk menentukan apa-apa soalan berhubung dengan kepentingan pemegang debentur, mahkamah boleh memberikan apa-apa arahan dan membuat apa-apa perisytiharan atau penentuan berhubung dengan perkara itu atau membuat apa-apa perintah sampingan atau berbangkit yang difikirkan patut oleh mahkamah.
