s 333 Assets constituting Fund
The Fund shall consist of—
(a) such shares as are approved for the Fund under paragraph 4(1)(d) of the Demutualisation (Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange) Act 2003 [Act 632];
(b) proceeds raised in connection with the sale of the shares that are referred to in paragraph (a);
(c) such sums as may be provided from time to time for the purposes of this Part by Parliament;
(d) all donations and gifts accepted by the Board for the Fund;
(e) all interest, dividend and other income derived from the investment of the monies of the Fund; and
(f) all other sums or property which may in any manner become payable to or vested in the Fund.

Aset yang membentuk Dana
Dana hendaklah terdiri daripada—
(a) apa-apa syer yang diluluskan bagi Dana di bawah perenggan 4(1)(d) Akta Demutualisasi (Bursa Saham Kuala Lumpur) 2003 [Akta 632];
(b) hasil yang didapatkan berkaitan dengan penjualan syer yang disebut dalam perenggan (a);
(c) apa-apa jumlah wang sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan dari semasa ke semasa bagi maksud Bahagian ini oleh Parlimen;
(d) semua derma dan hadiah yang diterima oleh Lembaga bagi Dana;
(e) semua bunga, dividen dan pendapatan lain hasil daripada pelaburan wang Dana; dan
(f) semua jumlah wang atau harta lain yang boleh mengikut apa-apa cara menjadi kena dibayar kepada atau terletak hak pada Dana.
