s 336 Tenure of office
(1) Subject to subsection (2), a member of the Board, other than the ex-officio members referred to in subsection 335(1), shall hold office for a term not exceeding three years and shall be eligible for reappointment.
(2) In the case of the Chairman of the Commission and the Deputy Chief Executive of the Commission, who are ex-officio members of the Board, their tenure of office as members of the Board shall be the tenure of their appointments as Chairman of the Commission and Deputy Chief Executive of the Commission respectively under the Securities Commission Act 1993.

Tempoh jawatan
(1) Tertakluk kepada subseksyen (2), seseorang anggota Lembaga, selain anggota ex-officio yang disebut dalam subseksyen 335(1), hendaklah memegang jawatan bagi suatu tempoh yang tidak melebihi tiga tahun dan adalah layak untuk dilantik semula.
(2) Dalam hal Pengerusi Suruhanjaya dan Timbalan Ketua Eksekutif Suruhanjaya, yang merupakan anggota ex-officio Lembaga, tempoh jawatan mereka sebagai anggota Lembaga ialah tempoh pelantikannya masing-masing sebagai Pengerusi Suruhanjaya dan Timbalan Ketua Eksekutif Suruhanjaya di bawah Akta Suruhanjaya Sekuriti 1993.
