Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 s 391
Where any difficulty arises with respect to the application of any one or more of the provisions introduced or amended by this Act and the savings and transitional provisions, the Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, make such modifications in any one or more of those provisions as may appear to him to be necessary to give full effect to the provisions of this Act or to prevent anomalies.
Pencegahan anomali
Jika apa-apa kesulitan timbul berkenaan dengan pemakaian mana-mana satu atau lebih peruntukan yang dimasukkan atau dipinda oleh Akta ini dan peruntukan kecualian dan peralihan, Menteri boleh, melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta, membuat apa-apa ubah suaian dalam mana-mana satu peruntukan atau lebih yang ternyata olehnya perlu untuk memberi kesan sepenuhnya kepada peruntukan Akta ini atau untuk mencegah anomali.
