s 63 Licence fee

(1) A licensed person shall pay such prescribed licence fee in respect of each regulated activity in such manner as may be specified by the Commission. (2) Any licence fee paid to the Commission under this Division shall be paid into and form part of the Federal Consolidated Fund.

Fi lesen

(1) Seseorang berlesen hendaklah membayar apa-apa fi lesen yang ditetapkan berkenaan dengan setiap aktiviti terkawal mengikut apa-apa cara sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Suruhanjaya. (2) Apa-apa fi lesen yang dibayar kepada Suruhanjaya di bawah Penggal ini hendaklah dibayar ke dalam dan menjadi sebahagian daripada Kumpulan Wang Disatukan Persekutuan.
