s 78 Notification of change of particulars
(1) Where—
(a) the holder of a Capital Markets Services Licence ceases to carry on the business to which the licence relates;
(b) the holder of a Capital Markets Services Representative’s Licence ceases to be a representative of the Capital Markets Services Licence holder in relation to whom the Capital Markets Services Representative’s Licence was issued, and the licence has not been varied under section 69;
(c) a change occurs in any information required to be entered in the register of licence holders under section 77; or
(d) a change occurs in the information submitted to the Commission in accordance with subsection 60(1) or
(3),
the holder of the licence shall, not later than fourteen days after the occurrence of the event concerned, give to the Commission, in the specified form, particulars in writing of the event concerned.
(2) Where a licensed person ceases to carry on the business in all or any of the regulated activities to which the licence relates, it shall return the licence to the Commission within fourteen days of the date of the cessation.

(1) Jika—
(a) pemegang Lesen Perkhidmatan Pasaran Modal terhenti menjalankan urusan yang dimaksudkan oleh lesen itu;
(b) pemegang Lesen Wakil Perkhidmatan Pasaran Modal terhenti menjadi wakil pemegang Lesen Perkhidmatan Pasaran Modal yang berhubungan dengannya Lesen Wakil Perkhidmatan Pasaran Modal itu dikeluarkan, dan lesen itu belum diubah di bawah seksyen 69;
(c) perubahan berlaku dalam apa-apa maklumat yang dikehendaki dimasukkan ke dalam daftar pemegang lesen di bawah seksyen 77; atau
(d) perubahan berlaku dalam maklumat yang dikemukakan kepada Suruhanjaya mengikut subseksyen 60(1) atau (3),
pemegang lesen itu hendaklah, tidak lewat daripada empat belas hari selepas berlakunya keadaan itu, memberikan kepada Suruhanjaya, mengikut bentuk yang ditentukan, butir-butir secara bertulis tentang keadaan yang berkenaan.
(2) Jika orang berlesen terhenti menjalankan urusan dalam semua atau mana-mana aktiviti terkawal yang dimaksudkan oleh lesen itu, ia hendaklah mengembalikan lesen kepada Suruhanjaya dalam masa empat belas hari dari tarikh pemberhentian itu.
