Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 s 86
(1) The Commission may require any person referred to in subsection 82(1) to produce for inspection the register required to be kept pursuant to section 83 and the Commission may make a copy of or make extracts from the register. (2) A person who fails to produce a register for inspection or fails to allow the Commission to make a copy of or make extracts from the register commits an offence.
Pengemukaan daftar
(1) Suruhanjaya boleh menghendaki mana-mana orang yang disebut dalam subseksyen 82(1) mengemukakan untuk diperiksa daftar yang dikehendaki disimpan menurut seksyen 83 dan Suruhanjaya boleh membuat salinan atau membuat cabutan daripada daftar itu. (2) Seseorang yang tidak mengemukakan sesuatu daftar untuk diperiksa atau tidak membenarkan Suruhanjaya membuat salinan atau membuat cabutan daripada daftar itu melakukan suatu kesalahan.
