Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Act 2007 s 109

s 109 Savings and transitional

Subject to the provisions of this Part, any registration, instruction, act, order, direction, approval or decision done, made or given before the appointed date, under any written law relating to the management of the solid waste and public cleansing which is consistent with this Act shall be deemed to have been done, made or given under this Act and shall continue in full force and effect relating to whom they apply until amended or revoked under this Act or under any regulations made under this Act or until the date of the expiry of the registration, instruction, act, order, direction, approval or decision.

Kecualian dan peralihan

Tertakluk kepada peruntukan Bahagian ini, apa-apa pendaftaran, suruhan, perbuatan, perintah, arahan, kelulusan atau keputusan yang dilakukan, dibuat atau diberikan sebelum tarikh ditetapkan, di bawah manamana undang-undang bertulis yang berhubungan dengan pengurusan sisa pepejal dan pembersihan awam yang selaras dengan Akta ini hendaklah disifatkan telah dilakukan, dibuat atau diberikan di bawah Akta ini dan hendaklah terus berkuat kuasa dan berkesan sepenuhnya yang berhubungan dengannya pendaftaran, suruhan, perbuatan, perintah, arahan, kelulusan atau keputusan itu terpakai sehingga dipinda atau dibatalkan di bawah Akta ini atau mana-mana peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini atau sehingga tarikh habis tempoh pendaftaran, suruhan, perbuatan, perintah, arahan, kelulusan atau keputusan itu.
