Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Act 2007 s 24
The revocation of a licence under section 23 shall take effect— (a) on a date specified by the Director General in the written notice given under subsection 23(4); or (b) if no date is specified in the written notice given under subsection 23(4), on the expiry of thirty days from the date on which the notice is served on the licensee.
Tarikh berkuat kuasa pembatalan lesen
Pembatalan suatu lesen di bawah seksyen 23 hendaklah berkuat kuasa pada— (a) pada suatu tarikh yang dinyatakan oleh Ketua Pengarah dalam notis bertulis yang diberikan di bawah subseksyen 23(4); atau (b) jika tiada tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam notis bertulis yang diberikan di bawah subseksyen 23(4), apabila habis tempoh tiga puluh hari dari tarikh notis itu disampaikan kepada pemegang lesen itu.
