Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Act 2007 s 37

s 37 Vacation of office

The office of a member of the Tribunal shall become vacant— (a) upon the death of the member; (b) upon the member resigning from such office by giving three months’ written notice to the Minister; (c) upon the expiry of his term of office; or (d) upon the member ceasing to be an advocate and solicitor under the Legal Profession Act 1976, the Advocates Ordinance of Sabah or the Advocates Ordinance of Sarawak.

Pengosongan jawatan

Jawatan seseorang anggota Tribunal hendaklah menjadi kosong— (a) apabila anggota itu mati; (b) apabila anggota itu meletakkan jawatannya dengan memberi tiga bulan notis bertulis kepada Menteri; (c) apabila habis tempoh jawatannya; atau (d) apabila anggota itu terhenti menjadi seorang peguam bela dan peguam cara di bawah Akta Profesion Undang-Undang 1976, Ordinan Peguam Bela Sabah atau Ordinan Peguam Bela Sarawak.
