s 43 Sittings of Tribunal
(1) The jurisdiction of the Tribunal shall be exercised by any of the following persons sitting alone:
(a) the Chairman of the Tribunal;
(b) the Deputy Chairman of the Tribunal; or
(c) any member of the Tribunal determined by the Chairman.
(2) The Tribunal may sit in one or more sittings on such day and at such time and place as the Chairman may determine.
(3) If the person presiding over any proceedings in respect of a claim dies or becomes incapacitated, or is for any other reason unable to complete or dispose of the proceedings, the claim shall be heard afresh by another member of the Tribunal, unless the parties agree that the claim be continued by another member of the Tribunal.
(4) Where the term of appointment of any member of the Tribunal under this section expires during the pendency of any proceedings in respect of a claim, the term of his appointment shall be deemed to be extended until the final disposal of the claim.

Persidangan Tribunal
(1) Bidang kuasa Tribunal hendaklah dijalankan oleh mana-mana orang yang berikut yang bersidang sendirian:
(a) Pengerusi Tribunal;
(b) Timbalan Pengerusi Tribunal; atau
(c) mana-mana anggota Tribunal yang ditentukan oleh Pengerusi.
(2) Tribunal boleh bersidang dalam satu atau lebih siding pada mana-mana hari dan pada bila-bila masa dan di mana-mana tempat sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Pengerusi.
(3) Jika orang yang mempengerusikan apa-apa prosiding berkenaan dengan sesuatu tuntutan mati atau menjadi tidak upaya, atau atas apa-apa sebab lain tidak dapat menyelesaikan atau membereskan prosiding itu, tuntutan itu hendaklah didengar semula oleh seorang anggota lain Tribunal, melainkan jika pihak-pihak bersetuju supaya tuntutan itu diteruskan oleh seorang anggota lain Tribunal.
(4) Jika tempoh pelantikan mana-mana anggota Tribunal di bawah seksyen ini tamat semasa apa-apa prosiding belum selesai berkenaan dengan sesuatu tuntutan, tempoh pelantikannya hendaklah disifatkan telah dilanjutkan sehingga tuntutan itu dibereskan dengan muktamad.
