s 51 Notice of claim and hearing
Upon a claim being lodged under section 44, the Secretary to the Tribunal shall give notice of the details of the day, time and place of hearing in the prescribed form to the claimant and the respondent.

Notis tuntutan dan pendengaran
Apabila sesuatu tuntutan dikemukakan di bawah seksyen 44, Setiausaha kepada Tribunal hendaklah memberi notis tentang butir-butir mengenai hari, masa dan tempat pendengaran dalam borang yang ditetapkan kepada pihak yang menuntut dan penentang.
