Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Act 2007 s 56
The Tribunal may hear and determine the claim before it notwithstanding the absence of any party to the proceedings if it is proved to the satisfaction of the Tribunal that a notice of the hearing has been duly served on the absent party.
Tribunal boleh bertindak semasa ketidakhadiran pihak
Tribunal boleh mendengar dan memutuskan tuntutan di hadapannya walaupun mana-mana pihak kepada prosiding itu tidak hadir jika dibuktikan sehingga Tribunal berpuas hati bahawa notis pendengaran telah diserahkan kepada pihak yang tidak hadir itu dengan sewajarnya.
