Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Act 2007 s 7
The Minister may give the Director General directions of general character consistent with the provisions of this Act relating to the exercise of the powers and performance of the functions of the Director General and the Director General shall give effect to such directions.
Kuasa Menteri untuk memberikan arahan
Menteri boleh memberikan kepada Ketua Pengarah arahan yang bersifat am yang selaras dengan peruntukan Akta ini yang berhubungan dengan penjalanan kuasa dan pelaksanaan fungsi Ketua Pengarah dan Ketua Pengarah hendaklah melaksanakan arahan itu.
