Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Act 2007 s 74
s 74 Power to direct for controlled solid waste to be separated, handled and stored
(1) The Director General may give written directions as he considers fit to any person for the purpose of ensuring the compliance with this Act, on the separation, handling and storage of any controlled solid waste in the possession of such person.
(2) Any person who fails to comply with the direction under this subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit.

Kuasa untuk mengarahkan supaya sisa pepejal terkawal diasingkan, dikendalikan dan distorkan
(1) Ketua Pengarah boleh memberi arahan bertulis sebagaimana yang difikirkannya patut kepada mana-mana orang berkenaan dengan pengasingan,
pengendalian dan penstoran apa-apa sisa pepejal terkawal dalam milikan orang itu bagi maksud memastikan pematuhan Akta ini.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang tidak mematuhi arahan di bawah subseksyen
(1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi satu ribu ringgit.
