Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Act 2007 s 92
s 92 No costs or damages arising from seizure to be recoverable
No person shall, in any proceedings before any court in respect of the seizure of any property, equipment, machinery, book, record, document, container, receptacle or other article, or any vehicle, or any thing found in the vehicle, seized in the exercise or the purported exercise of any power conferred by this Act, be entitled to the costs of such proceedings or to any damages or other relief unless such seizure was made without reasonable cause.

Tiada kos atau ganti rugi yang berbangkit daripada penyitaan boleh didapatkan
Tiada seorang pun boleh, dalam apa-apa prosiding di hadapan manamana mahkamah berkenaan dengan apa-apa harta, kelengkapan, jentera, buku, rekod, dokumen, bejana, bekas atau barang lain, atau apa-apa kenderaan atau apa-apa benda yang dijumpai di dalam kenderaan itu, yang disita dalam menjalankan atau yang berupa sebagai menjalankan mana-mana kuasa yang diberikan oleh Akta ini, berhak kepada kos prosiding itu atau kepada apa-apa ganti rugi atau relief lain melainkan jika penyitaan itu dibuat tanpa sebab yang munasabah.
