Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Corporation Act 2007 s 26

s 26 Corporation may adopt regulations, etc.

The Corporation may adopt with such modifications as it deems fit any regulations, rules, policies, circulars and directives enacted or issued by the Federal Government in relation to any matter under this Part.

Perbadanan boleh menerima pakai dengan apa-apa ubah suaian yang difikirkannya patut apa-apa peraturan-peraturan, kaedah-kaedah, dasar, surat pekeliling dan arahan yang dibuat atau dikeluarkan oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan berhubung dengan apa-apa perkara di bawah Bahagian ini.
