Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Corporation Act 2007 s 44
The Corporation may, from time to time, with the approval of the Minister and the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, establish companies by such name as the Corporation may determine to carry out and have the charge, conduct and management on behalf of the Corporation of any project, scheme or enterprise as may be determined by the Corporation in the discharge of its functions.
Kuasa untuk menubuhkan syarikat
Perbadanan boleh, dari semasa ke semasa, dengan kelulusan Menteri dan persetujuan Menteri Kewangan, menubuhkan syarikat dengan nama yang ditentukan oleh Perbadanan untuk menjalankan dan mempunyai tanggungjawab, penjalanan dan pengurusan bagi pihak Perbadanan terhadap apa-apa projek, skim atau perusahaan sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Perbadanan dalam menunaikan fungsinya.
