Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Corporation Act 2007 s 7
(1) The Chairman and members of the Corporation appointed under paragraph 5(g) shall, unless he sooner resigns or vacates his office or his appointment is sooner revoked, hold office for a term not exceeding two years and shall be eligible for reappointment upon the expiry of his term of office, but shall not be appointed for more than three consecutive terms. (2) This section shall not apply to the Chief Executive Officer.
Tempoh jawatan
(1) Pengerusi dan anggota Perbadanan yang dilantik di bawah perenggan 5(g) hendaklah, melainkan jika dia terlebih dahulu meletakkan jawatannya atau mengosongkan jawatannya atau pelantikannya dibatalkan terlebih dahulu, memegang jawatan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun dan hendaklah layak untuk dilantik semula apabila habis tempoh jawatannya, tetapi tidak boleh dilantik selama tidak lebih daripada tiga tempoh berturut-turut. (2) Seksyen ini tidak terpakai bagi Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif.
