A separate approval shall be applied for each pathology laboratory irrespective of whether the pathology laboratory is physically, administratively or organizationally linked with another pathology laboratory.
Kelulusan yang berasingan bagi makmal patologi
Suatu kelulusan yang berasingan hendaklah dipohon bagi setiap makmal patologi tanpa mengira sama ada makmal patologi itu dihubungkan secara fizikal, pentadbiran atau organisasi dengan makmal patologi yang lain.
