Pathology Laboratory Act 2007 s 38
s 38 Power to vary terms or conditions of approval or licence
The Director General may, on an application in writing to him and upon payment of the prescribed fees, vary the terms and conditions of an approval or a licence by endorsement thereon or otherwise in writing by altering, in such manner as he thinks fit, the purpose to which the pathology laboratory is established or maintained or operated or provided, or the class and speciality of the pathology laboratory to which the licence is in force.

Kuasa untuk mengubah terma atau syarat kelulusan atau lesen
Ketua Pengarah boleh, atas permohonan secara bertulis kepadanya dan apabila dibayar fi yang ditetapkan, mengubah terma dan syarat kelulusan atau lesen melalui pengendorsan padanya atau selainnya secara bertulis dengan mengubah, mengikut cara sebagaimana yang difikirkannya patut, maksud yang baginya makmal patologi itu ditubuhkan atau disenggarakan atau dikendalikan atau disediakan, atau kelas dan kekhususan makmal patologi yang baginya lesen itu berkuat kuasa.
