Pathology Laboratory Act 2007 s 43
(1) The Director General shall keep and maintain or cause to be kept and maintained a register of the approved pathology laboratory or the licensed pathology laboratory. (2) The register under subsection (1) shall be deemed to be a public document within the meaning of the Evidence Act 1950 [Act 56] and shall be open for public inspection and the public may make a search on and obtain extracts from the register upon payment of a prescribed fee.
Daftar
(1) Ketua Pengarah hendaklah menyimpan dan menyenggara atau menyebabkan supaya disimpan dan disenggara suatu daftar makmal patologi yang diluluskan atau makmal patologi berlesen. (2) Daftar di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah disifatkan sebagai suatu dokumen awam mengikut pengertian Akta Keterangan 1950 [Akta 56] dan hendaklah dibuka bagi pemeriksaan orang awam dan orang awam boleh membuat carian ke atas dan memperoleh cabutan daripada daftar itu apabila fi yang ditetapkan dibayar.
