s 57 List of things seized

(1) Except as provided in subsection (2), where any book, record, apparatus, equipment, instrument, material, article, sample, blood, blood product, human tissue or fluid or any product of the human body, dialysate, chemical, pharmaceutical, substance or other thing is seized under this Act, the seizing officer shall prepare a list of things seized and a copy of the list shall be given to the licensee, person in charge, or occupier of the pathology laboratory or premises, as the case may be, which has been searched under section 53, 54 or 55. (2) Where the licensed pathology laboratory or premises is unoccupied, the authorized officer shall whenever possible post a list of the things seized conspicuously on the pathology laboratory or premises.

Senarai benda yang disita

(1) Kecuali sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan dalam subseksyen (2), jika apa-apa buku, rekod, perkakas, kelengkapan, alat, material, barang, sampel, darah, hasil darah, tisu atau bendalir manusia atau apa-apa hasil badan manusia, dialisat, bahan kimia, bahan farmaseutikal, bahan atau benda lain disita di bawah Akta ini, pegawai yang menyita hendaklah menyediakan suatu senarai benda yang disita dan salinan senarai itu hendaklah diberikan kepada pemegang lesen, orang yang bertanggungjawab, atau penghuni makmal patologi atau premis itu, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, yang telah digeledah di bawah seksyen 53, 54 atau 55. (2) Jika makmal patologi berlesen atau premis itu tidak dihuni, pegawai yang diberi kuasa hendaklah bila mana yang mungkin menampal suatu senarai barang yang disita itu di tempat yang mudah dilihat di makmal patologi atau premis itu.
