Biosafety Act 2007 s 34

s 34 Appeal to Minister relating to notification

(1) Any person or approved person aggrieved with any decision of the Board relating to the notification may appeal against such decision to the Minister. (2) The Minister shall have the power to confirm, reverse or vary the decision of the Board.

Rayuan kepada Menteri yang berhubungan dengan pemberitahuan

(1) Mana-mana orang atau orang yang diluluskan yang terkilan dengan mana-mana keputusan Lembaga yang berhubungan dengan pemberitahuan itu boleh merayu terhadap keputusan itu kepada Menteri. (2) Menteri hendaklah mempunyai kuasa untuk mengesahkan, mengakaskan atau mengubah keputusan Lembaga.
