s 43 List of things seized

(1) Where any organism or product that is suspected of being a living modified organism or product of such organism, or book, document, computerized data, apparatus, equipment, device, machinery, vehicle, matter or thing including in digital form is seized under this Part, the seizing officer shall prepare a list of the organism or product that is suspected of being a living modified organism or product of such organism, or book, document, computerized data, apparatus, equipment, device, machinery, vehicle, matter or thing including in digital form, seized. (2) The occupier of the premises searched, or some person on his behalf, shall in every instance be permitted to attend during the search, and a copy of the list prepared and signed under this section shall be delivered to that occupier or person at his request. (3) Where the premises are unoccupied, the seizing officer shall whenever possible post a list of the organism or product that is suspected of being a living modified organism or product of such organism, or book, document, computerized data, apparatus, equipment, device, machinery, vehicle, matter or thing including in digital form, seized conspicuously on the premises.

Senarai benda yang disita

(1) Jika apa-apa organisma atau hasilan yang disyaki merupakan organisma diubah suai yang hidup atau hasilan organisma sedemikian, atau buku, dokumen, data berkomputer, radas, kelengkapan, peranti, jentera, kenderaan, perkara atau benda termasuk dalam bentuk digital disita di bawah Bahagian ini, pegawai yang menyita itu hendaklah menyediakan senarai organisma atau hasilan yang disyaki merupakan organisma diubah suai yang hidup atau hasilan organisma sedemikian, atau buku, dokumen, data berkomputer, radas, kelengkapan, peranti, jentera, kenderaan, perkara atau benda termasuk dalam bentuk digital, yang disita. (2) Penduduk premis yang digeledah, atau mana-mana orang bagi pihaknya, hendaklah dalam tiap-tiap keadaan dibenarkan untuk hadir semasa penggeledahan itu, dan suatu salinan senarai yang disediakan dan ditandatangani di bawah seksyen ini hendaklah diserahkan kepada penduduk atau orang itu atas permintaannya. (3) Jika premis itu tidak didiami, pegawai yang menyita itu hendaklah bilamana mungkin menampalkan suatu senarai organisma atau hasilan yang disyaki merupakan organisma diubah suai yang hidup atau hasilan organisma sedemikian, atau buku, dokumen, data berkomputer, radas, kelengkapan, peranti, jentera, kenderaan, perkara atau benda termasuk dalam bentuk digital, yang disita itu di tempat yang mudah dilihat di premis itu.
