Biosafety Act 2007 s 68

s 68 Power of Minister to exempt

The Minister may, upon recommendation of the Board, exempt from the application of any or all of the provisions of this Act any person, class of persons, activity, category of activities, living modified organism or products of such organism.

Menteri boleh, atas syor Lembaga, mengecualikan daripada pemakaian mana-mana atau semua peruntukan Akta ini mana-mana orang, golongan orang, aktiviti, kategori aktiviti, organisma diubah suai yang hidup atau hasilan organisma sedemikian.
