Malaysian Qualifications Agency Act 2007 s 109
Every member of the Council or any of its committees, any officer, employee or agent of the Agency and any member of its committees and any member of the Joint Technical Committee while discharging his duties or performing his functions or exercising his power under this Act or any regulations made under this Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].
Pekhidmat awam
Tiap-tiap anggota Majlis atau mana-mana jawatankuasanya, mana-mana pegawai, pekerja atau ejen Agensi dan mana-mana anggota jawatankuasanya dan mana-mana anggota Jawatankuasa Teknikal Bersama semasa menunaikan kewajipan atau melaksanakan fungsi atau menjalankan kuasanya di bawah Akta ini atau manamana peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
