Malaysian Qualifications Agency Act 2007 s 16
(1) The Minister may at any time revoke the appointment of any member of the Council, other than the members appointed under paragraphs 11(2)(b) to (g), without assigning any reason for the revocation. (2) A member of the Council may at any time resign his office by giving a notice in writing to the Minister.
Pembatalan pelantikan dan peletakan jawatan
(1) Menteri boleh pada bila-bila masa membatalkan pelantikan mana-mana anggota Majlis, selain anggota yang dilantik di bawah perenggan 11(2)(b) hingga (g), tanpa memberikan apa-apa sebab bagi pembatalan itu. (2) Seseorang anggota Majlis boleh pada bila-bila masa meletakkan jawatannya dengan memberikan notis secara bertulis kepada Menteri.
