s 24 Loans, scholarships and advances
The Agency may grant loans, scholarships and advances to its employees for such purposes and on such terms as the Agency may determine.

Agensi boleh memberikan pinjaman, biasiswa dan wang pendahuluan kepada pekerjanya bagi apa-apa maksud dan atas apa-apa terma sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Agensi.
