s 44 Provisional accreditation of skills training programme or skills training qualification
In the case of provisional accreditation of a local or foreign skills training programme or skills training qualification, the Agency shall cooperate and coordinate with the Department of Skills Development for the purpose of—
(a) considering an application under subsection 38(1) and granting or refusing to grant the application under section 39;
(b) conducting an institutional audit under subsection 39(3);
(c) imposing conditions under section 41; and
(d) revocation of the certificate of provisional accreditation under section 42.

Akreditasi sementara bagi program latihan kemahiran atau kelayakan latihan kemahiran
Dalam hal akreditasi sementara bagi sesuatu program latihan kemahiran atau kelayakan latihan kemahiran tempatan atau luar negeri, Agensi hendaklah bekerjasama dan membuat penyelarasan dengan Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran bagi maksud—
(a) m e n i m b a n g k a n s u a t u p e r m o h o n a n d i b a w a h subseksyen 38(1) dan membenarkan atau menolak pemberian permohonan di bawah seksyen 39;
(b) menjalankan audit institusi di bawah subseksyen 39(3);
(c) mengenakan syarat di bawah seksyen 41; dan
(d) pembatalan perakuan akreditasi sementara di bawah seksyen 42.
