(1) A f t e r h a v i n g c o n s i d e r e d a n a p p l i c a t i o n u n d e r subsection 65(1), the Agency may—
(a) grant the application; or
(b) refuse the application, stating the grounds for refusal.
(2) The Agency may, in considering and determining an application under subsection 65(1), seek the assistance of any regulatory body regulating the skills development or any body or association monitoring the particular skills development.
(3) Where the application for accreditation of any programme or qualification has been granted under paragraph (1)(a), the Agency shall issue a certificate of accreditation to the higher education provider upon payment of the prescribed fees.
(4) The Agency shall enter the particulars of the certificate of accreditation issued under subsection (3) into the Register.
(5) For the purpose of considering an application under subsection 65(1), the Agency may conduct an institutional audit.

Kuasa untuk membenarkan atau menolak akreditasi
(1) S e l e p a s m e n i m b a n g k a n p e r m o h o n a n d i b a w a h subseksyen 65(1), Agensi boleh—
(a) membenarkan permohonan itu; atau
(b) menolak permohonan itu, dengan menyatakan alasan bagi penolakan itu.
(2) Agensi boleh, dalam menimbangkan dan memutuskan suatu permohonan di bawah subseksyen 65(1), meminta bantuan manamana badan pengawal selia yang mengawal selia pembangunan kemahiran atau mana-mana badan atau persatuan yang memantau pembangunan kemahiran yang tertentu.
(3) Jika permohonan untuk akreditasi mana-mana program atau kelayakan telah diluluskan di bawah perenggan (1)(a), Agensi hendaklah mengeluarkan suatu perakuan akreditasi kepada pemberi pendidikan tinggi selepas dibayar fi yang ditetapkan.
(4) Agensi hendaklah memasukkan butir-butir perakuan akreditasi yang dikeluarkan di bawah subseksyen (3) ke dalam Daftar.
(5) Bagi maksud menimbangkan suatu permohonan di bawah subseksyen 65(1), Agensi boleh menjalankan audit institusi.
