Electronic Government Activities Act 2007 s 17
Where any law requires submission of a certified true copy of a document, the requirement of the law is fulfilled if the document is submitted in the form of an electronic message and fulfills the requirement under section 16.
Salinan diakui sah
Jika mana-mana undang-undang menghendaki pengemukaan salinan dokumen diakui sah, kehendak undang-undang itu dipenuhi jika dokumen itu dikemukakan dalam bentuk suatu mesej elektronik dan memenuhi kehendak di bawah seksyen 16.
