Where any law requires any payment to be made, the requirement of the law is fulfilled if the payment is made by an electronic means and complies with any condition imposed by the Government.

Jika mana-mana undang-undang menghendaki apa-apa pembayaran dibuat, kehendak undang-undang itu dipenuhi jika pembayaran itu dibuat secara elektronik dan mematuhi apa-apa syarat yang dikenakan oleh Kerajaan.
