Widows and Orphans Pension Act 1915 s 28

s 28 Widow, and child by previous marriage

If a contributor dies leaving a widow and also a child or children of pensionable age by one previous marriage— (i) the widow shall be entitled to receive one-half of the pension which she would have been entitled to receive if there had been no such child or children; and (ii) such child or children shall be entitled to receive one-half of the pension which his or their mother would have been entitled to if she had survived the contributor.
