Bank Pertanian Malaysia Berhad Act 2008 s 15
The Bank shall be subject to the provisions of the *Companies Act 1965 as well as the provisions of this Act, but where there is any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the *Companies Act 1965 and this Act in their respective application to the Bank, the provisions of this Act shall prevail.
Pemakaian *Akta Syarikat 1965
Bank hendaklah tertakluk kepada peruntukan *Akta Syarikat 1965 dan juga kepada peruntukan Akta ini, tetapi jika terdapat apa-apa percanggahan atau ketidakselarasan antara peruntukan *Akta Syarikat 1965 dengan Akta ini dalam pemakaian masing-masingnya bagi Bank, peruntukan Akta ini hendaklah terpakai. *CATATAN—Akta Syarikat 1965 [Akta 125] telah dimansuhkan oleh Akta Syarikat 2016 [Akta 777] yang m.b.p. 31 Januari 2017—lihat subseksyen 620(1) Akta 777.
