The Council shall furnish to the Minister, and such public authority as may be directed by the Minister an annual report of all its activities during the year to which the report relates.

Majlis hendaklah memberikan suatu laporan tahunan mengenai semua aktivitinya sepanjang tahun yang dimaksudkan oleh laporan itu kepada Menteri, dan mana-mana pihak berkuasa awam sebagaimana yang diarahkan oleh Menteri.
