Persons with Disabilities Act 2008 s 6
A member of the Council appointed under paragraph 3(2)(j) shall cease to be a member— (a) if he is absent from three consecutive meetings of the Council without leave of the Chairman; (b) if his appointment is revoked; (c) if he dies; or (d) if he resigns his office by giving one month notice in writing to the Minister.
Keterhentian keanggotaan
Seseorang anggota Majlis yang dilantik di bawah perenggan 3(2)(j) hendaklah terhenti menjadi anggota— (a) jika dia tidak hadir tiga kali berturut-turut mesyuarat Majlis tanpa kebenaran Pengerusi; (b) jika pelantikannya dibatalkan; (c) jika dia mati; atau Akta 685 BM 12 1/22/08 11:46:18 AM (d) jika dia meletakkan jawatannya dengan memberi satu bulan notis secara bertulis kepada Menteri.
