s 10 Revocation of appointment and resignation

(1) The Minister may at any time revoke the appointment of any member of the Board without assigning any reason for the revocation. (2) A member of the Board may at any time resign from his appointment by giving a notice in writing to the Minister.

Pembatalan pelantikan dan peletakan jawatan

(1) Menteri boleh pada bila-bila masa membatalkan pelantikan mana-mana anggota Lembaga tanpa memberikan apa-apa sebab bagi pembatalan itu. (2) Seseorang anggota Lembaga boleh pada bila-bila masa meletakkan jawatannya dengan memberikan notis secara bertulis kepada Menteri.
