Geologists Act 2008 s 17
Every member of the Board or of any of its committees or any agent or employee of the Board, while discharging his duties as such member, agent or employee shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].
Anggota, dsb., disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam
Tiap-tiap anggota Lembaga atau mana-mana jawatankuasanya atau mana-mana ejen atau pekerja Lembaga, semasa menunaikan kewajipannya sebagai anggota, ejen atau pekerja sedemikian hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
