s 104 Reference in law or document to dissolved Board
A reference in any law or document in force immediately before the appointed date to the dissolved Board shall be construed as a reference to the Board established by this Act.

Sebutan dalam undang-undang atau dokumen mengenai Lembaga dibubarkan
Sesuatu sebutan dalam mana-mana undang-undang atau dokumen yang berkuat kuasa sebaik sebelum tarikh ditetapkan mengenai Lembaga dibubarkan hendaklah ditafsirkan sebagai sebutan mengenai Lembaga yang ditubuhkan oleh Akta ini.
