s 105 Continuance of use of name
Notwithstanding sections 93 and 104, the Board established by this Act may continue to use the name “National Tobacco Board” for the purpose of maintaining goodwill or for any purpose the Board deems fit.

Walau apa pun seksyen 93 dan 104, Lembaga yang ditubuhkan oleh Akta ini boleh terus menggunakan nama “Lembaga Tembakau Negara” bagi maksud mengekalkan nama baik atau bagi apa-apa maksud yang difikirkan patut oleh Lembaga.
