Feed Act 2009 s 43
Any person who fails to comply with any written order issued by the Minister or the Board or any authorized officer commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month or to both, and for a second or subsequent offence, to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.
Tidak mematuhi perintah yang sah
Mana-mana orang yang tidak mematuhi apa-apa perintah bertulis yang dikeluarkan oleh Menteri atau Lembaga atau mana-mana pegawai diberi kuasa melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi lima ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi satu bulan atau kedua-duanya, dan bagi kesalahan kedua atau yang berikutnya, didenda tidak melebihi sepuluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi tiga bulan atau kedua-duanya.
