Registration of Criminals and Undesirable Persons Act 1969 s 3
The Yang di-Pertuan Agong may by notification published in the Gazette appoint for the purposes of this Act— (a) a Registrar of Criminals for the Federation; (b) Deputy Registrars and Assistant Registrars of Criminals for the Federation or any part of it; and (c) any other officer for the Federation or any part of it to exercise any or all of the functions of the Registrar.
Pelantikan pegawai
Yang di-Pertuan Agong boleh melantik melalui pemberitahuan yang disiarkan dalam Warta bagi maksud Akta ini— (a) seorang Pendaftar Penjenayah bagi Persekutuan; (b) Timbalan Pendaftar dan Penolong Pendaftar Penjenayah bagi Persekutuan atau bagi mana-mana bahagian Persekutuan; dan (c) mana-mana pegawai lain bagi Persekutuan atau bagi mana-mana bahagian Persekutuan untuk menjalankan mana-mana atau semua fungsi Pendaftar.
