s 13 Preparation and publication of financial statements and report
(1) The Bank shall within three months from the close of its financial year—
(a) submit to the Minister a copy of the financial statements of the Bank prepared under section 9 and certified by the Auditor General, and such statements shall then be published in the Gazette; and
(b) submit to the Minister a report by the Board on the working of the Bank throughout the year and such report shall be published by the Bank.
(2) The financial statements of the Bank and the report referred to in paragraph (1)(b) shall be laid before the Senate and the House of Representatives or if the Senate and the House of Representatives are not then sitting, at the sitting of the following meeting of the Senate and the House of Representatives.

Penyediaan dan penerbitan penyata kewangan dan laporan
(1) Bank hendaklah dalam tempoh tiga bulan dari tutupnya tahun kewangannya—
(a) mengemukakan kepada Menteri suatu salinan penyata kewangan Bank yang disediakan di bawah seksyen 9 dan diperakui oleh Ketua Audit Negara, dan penyata itu kemudiannya hendaklah disiarkan dalam Warta; dan
(b) mengemukakan kepada Menteri suatu laporan oleh Lembaga mengenai urusan Bank sepanjang tahun itu dan laporan itu hendaklah diterbitkan oleh Bank.
(2) Penyata kewangan Bank dan laporan yang disebut dalam perenggan (1)(b) hendaklah dibentangkan di hadapan Dewan Negara dan Dewan Rakyat atau jika Dewan Negara dan Dewan Rakyat tidak bersidang, pada persidangan dalam mesyuarat Dewan Negara dan Dewan Rakyat yang berikutnya.
